Glamping

Going camping, but with glamour. A combination of the two words. It’s like regular camping , but with nicer things than usual, being warmer, and more comfortable. Glamping isn’t done by usual outdoor types who climb mountains.

“Glamp” out with us on the fully wooded sandy beaches of the Illinois River. We start with a Potluck Dinner! Bring a dish to pass(see below). We supply either Mac n Cheese / Mostacciolli. If you want meat for dinner please bring it to grill on one of our many coleman camp stoves that we will have available or our open fire pit grill. We will bring grills, water, plates, cups, silverware, napkins and miscellaneous camp things so you dont have to. We will also be showing a MOVIE! Past titles have included The Goonies, Disney Natures Earth, and NatGeo. If you dont have a tent, there aretents for rent(includes free setup/takedown), or maybe someone has one to share! We will have campfires on the beach to enjoy! This event is perfect for the first time camper! We will be making a Full Hot breakfast in the morning including Starbucks coffee, eggs, muffins, bacon, and pancakes! Then we embark on a 2 hour guided Kayak Tour!(or you can just DIY and rent kayaks)

OPTION 1
Double Kayak Guided Tour & Group Camp out Combo cost

$39 per person($25 per child 17 and under when accompanying an adult in the same boat)

(includes guided tour, campout and all the festivities.)

(3rd Person in Double kayak FREE)(must book 2 persons at above prices)(must be under 70lbs)(entire boat weight may not exceed 550 pounds)

OPTION 2
Single Kayak Guided Tour + group campout combo
$49 per person
(includes guided tour, campout and all of the festivities)

OPTION 3

Group Camp out Only

$19 for adults and $10 for kids(17 and under)

Please note that if you do not want to do the kayak tour you may always book a rental kayak or join our ALL NEW FLOAT TRIP on Sat or Sun.

Around 6pm we will have a potluck dinner, so please bring a dish to pass. Last name start with A thru P bring a sidedish or appetizer. Last name starts with Q-Z bring a dessert.
